Our Process
At Blue Falls we understand how important it is to find the right contractor for your specific project. No two homes are alike. Each require time, experience, communication, and attention to detail. We know it can be overwhelming to some to get started, so we are here to answer any questions you may have throughout the entire project. Below is a brief summary of our process that we have refined over many years of experience in the construction industry.
Consultation
For the initial consultation, a Blue Falls Team member will meet the home owner on site. We will ask for general information about the goals of your project, take measurements (if needed), and summarize the steps required to complete your specific project.
Design
After the initial consultation, Blue Falls will start working on an estimate for your project. In most cases the design work will be sent to the homeowner and agreed upon prior to submitting the estimate. This primarily depends on the nature of the project.
Build
Once Blue Falls has submitted and received approval on any designs and estimates needed for your project, we can then proceed to the pre-construction meeting. This is usually held in our office with your project manager and anyone else that will be working closely to help you reach your project goals. This meeting ensures that everyone involved is completely informed about the entire scope of work.
